For my 09 Repsol - Fitted with Bmc air-filter and Leo vince can Using the dynojet maps at the moment...finding it weired low down in first gear...and i can notice some flat sports. Thanks
I have two maps for a 2010 HRC Blade mate with K&N airfilter, Leo Vince GpPro Evo ll. One map is for economy and the other full power donno if it'll work on a Repsol though
Ive a custom map built by nigel watt (did michael dunlops lap record making superstock honda ) for a blade with leo vince system & air filter. Safe to say its quite smooth If you want ill get it off the bike?
I not sure how to send the to you if you PM your email address I can send them that way eco map is 10bhp down but it goes through the go go juice like a nun on a night out But I'll send you both and see how you get on
Personally I wouldn't share a map, every bike runs different for example if the persons bike was running really lean it would be mapped to compensate for this which would then make your bike run really rich. Ok you may get away with it X amount of times but there is that chance you could damage your pride and joy! Is it worth the risk to save 200 quid? Not for me The maps on the dyno site are very basic so can be used on all bikes, custom map is tailored to one bikes needs
Hey Martin I got my custom maps done at Dynojet HQ near Preston I have a map switch on my left clip on so I can change maps on the go! All I asked for was maps to get the best out of my bike with L.V can fitted, I got one map with baffle for Economy and the other without baffle for power! Eco map is approx 10 bhp down on Power map but no special requests when getting the maps done I left that up to the operator But your right all bikes are different hence the need for custom maps but I'm sure there are only a slight difference tho!
Just saying if as an example yours was adjusted in serious way in one area to get it to run right and then I was to borrow ur map it would then seriously over compensate in that area on mine and cause issues, if I was to be saving thousands then maybe worth the risk but to save 200 quid I wouldn't Obviously this is just my opinion, plenty of people do fine with it but they also still wouldn't be getting the full potential out of the bike still
Thanks guys...yep for a pc3. Custom maps are ok as long as they were created to the same / similar bike / mods etc.. I will do a comparison between the one I use and one that I try..using the table in the PC software... Iv started to ride with the baffle ...as its 104db with it in...that's loud enough...lol
Hey guys, I think Martin has a very valid point about my maps as they have been done specifically for my Blade if you do try them please don't use them if they make your bike snatchy, lurch or make your midrange fluffy! It should be a smooth spread of power with no flat spots! The Eco map feels like she's getting held back slightly but power map feels like she gonna lift in every gear including 6th! The should be responsive, direct and smooth anything apart that I wouldn't run them dudes but as you know your welcome to try them
