Fitted my Chain guard today at long last and it looks stunning, cheers Colin !!!!!

Only one little problem, the amazing new chain guard won't fit with the equally new & amazing Honda Racing Carbon Fibre Hugger I have also only just bought, doh !!!!!!!!!!!!! An important point I want to make at this moment, is in no way am I moaning in the slightest at Colin. The item Colin made is better than I could have hoped for and I cannot expect him to do design his components to fit with after market accessories, what Colin has produced is absolutely stunning that goes without question its just one of those things unfortunately.

Now I need to decided which of my new item's of bling to I keep ?????

I could keep Colin's amazing new Chain guard and by a short Carbon fibre hugger (fitted the original Honda plastic one in the photo for people to get an idea of the look)

Or I could stay with the trick new Honda Racing Carbon Fibre Hugger and buy a carbon fibre chain guard to go with it. All comments and idea's welcome.

Still not sure about the larger huggers I love the own ones as their so minimal and show the wheel off so for me it's a no brainer, I'd get a carbon copy of the original hugger and keep the Colin chain guard!!!

Iv only got a large hugger as the bike gets stinking in the rain . It is a tough choice mate . Iv managed to fit my hugger on top of Colin's guard with a few spacers but i think you said the HRC is a different design ?

Is there deffo no way to get the 2 on ?

Dan, I m an Engineer by trade and the 2 will not go together unfortunately mate, so I have to make a choice which is difficult as both are brand new and I really like both.

Got the hrc hugger, fits fine with some spacers, as the old guard goes under the hugger lug just at colin's does.

I'm def no engineer!! Perhaps it's just your hugger mate?

I think the large huggers look topps in repsol scheme and I was gonna say dan I considered one because the function is more important than form in some circumstances

I have 2 long huggers and both are genuine Honda Racing Accessories however strangely enough they both mount slightly differently, which is crazy seeing as there both made by Honda.

The plain red hugger would fit with some modification possibly but the carbon one mounts differently and is not possible unfortunately.
