I wish!! I did have the (dis)pleasure of working on Concorde though She leaked like a sieve on the ground. I know people who have worked at Heathrow for over 30 years and they all say, "It doesn't matter how long you worked here, whenever Concorde took off, the whole airport would stop & watch. Didn't matter if it was your first time seeing it or your millionth".
Yep. That and the lunar landings. Probably the biggest technological backwards steps we've undertaken as species. I managed to spend a fortnight with John Hutchinson on a cruise last year. He was a guest lecturer. I had to be careful not to come over as a stalker as I kept hunting him down for more stories. He is a bit unhinged mind, so that helped.

I am 50 in May and I really want to ride the Wall of death. Wanted to do it at 40 and failed, no one would let me do it or even train to do it. Anyone know who might give me a chance if I sign a disclaimer; I am struggling on this.
