This is the modern way to get your admin team to put in the extra effort when deadlines are challenging…and my tempers getting frayed.

Nice bread, cheeses, hams, olives and strawberry’s etc. for a breakfast treat in my office…. oh and don’t forget the chocolate cupcakes for the ladies.

I know fine full well that I can’t walk on water but as far as they are concerned I might just be able to do it if I try hard enough.

Harmony restored. Now get back to work you lazy b@&tards.

A fed team is a happy team.

Years ago I used to have my weekly team meeting on a Friday morning at a local Bacon Butty Bar. For some reason everyone used to attend :)

People really appreciate things like that, shows the Boss has a human side.

In other news, my boss has just had me on my knees in the rain, rodding out a drain because the stupid building he's just moved us to is at the bottom of a hill with no soakaways...

Apparently, it's not a problem though...

So once you sort the walking on water thing David, I might need a piggy back...

15 quids worth of grub goes a long way! Something I miss working from home 99% of the time.. Well when I say working from home I mean playing with bikes in the garage when I should be working!

Sometimes I speed read without thinking, my brain picking out key words to get the overall gist of a document, sometimes it can be very handy.....but at other times it’s not such a blessing.

Hmmm, for a speed reader you managed to glean a lot of information there David...

    Wish fulfilment.....?
