they wont be in short supply for a good few yrs yet,in fact they will still be making them for a while.when I ran 16.5's there was a big difference, the tyres came from bsb/wsb paddock so where the best stuff you could buy,and cheap.now,yu can still get them cheap, but obviously cant do much with them when you've finished witht them (as in sell on a scrubs to roadies etc).but you can get very cheap 16.5's now, new+scrubbed.

personally,i would try to sell them now and buy some 17's,in 2-3 yrs they will be worth next to nothing and will also be hard to sell a bike running them as everyone will want 17's (it's going that way now in fact).the benefits of the 16.5's are getting smaller and smaller now with the quality of wheels and rubber these days.i know you prob wont be keeping the bike that long, but the next buyer no doubt will be aware of this also.

Cheers for the offer jay .. Cracking bike at that money. I got one when they were new in 2012. Did 2500 miles on it which is a lot for me lol.. Leaning towards the rsv4 or 675r :)

After a litre bike I think you would be wanting more if you got the 675R even as good as they are! RSV4 all the way in my eyes

    I agree!

Good as the Triumph is there is no substitute for litre bike warp drive!

Also my mate owns one so I've ridden one already but I've not had a go on an RSV4 yet! ;)

Their just full of shit Daz. Promised the bike would take 4 weeks to put together, i pick it up tomorrow with the following left to do. Race fairings, clipons, quick shifter and front internals, this is after they told me everything was done on Friday. They told me it would be on the Dyno which won't happen and that a BSB mechanic would be putting it together which wasn't true either..

Why is it so hard to find a good honest dealer these days???

The bastards.. Sounds like the usual bull of tell em what they want to hear to get the cash .. Hsve you paid a deposit or a good will gesture say 5 and the rest when it's done or is it paid for? They are never as keen to honour what's been said as quick when the bikes been paid for. Hope you get it sorted soon mate. It will be worth the wait.. When's the first outing :)
