engine case and clutch covers 1000rr-8

Hi, I would like my engine casing and clutch cover on my 2008 blade black to match my bike, do they make them black for this model or would I have to get them painted if possible. Thanks for any advice.

Yes the 2009 and up covers are almost black and are a strap swap on the 08 blades

 

Thanks for this, but I would like the casings to be all black where as these are just a partial protective cover. Its a cosmetic thing im after for the look. These would look better than what I have thou

 

Are you saying that a covers for the 2009 would fit the 2008, they are a much better colour

 

Yes they are the same but rather than the pale colour are a gun metal almost black. If you google 2009 cbr1000rr will see what I mean

No worries buddy but as others have mentioned, get some GB Racing covers to protect them.

 

Got some GB racings covers myself but as you say they only partially cover the casings. As far as I know only the R&G versions cover the entire casing but if you are interested in aesthetics you will probably avoid....
