Faults.. Still waiting for the Quickshifter, Front internals, Clipons and Race Fairings... Rode it home to find loads of clear fluid under the rear shock and rear brake res only to find that the screw on lid for the rear res was loose, almost off. The carbon frame covers look like a 9 year old have fitted them, very poor. I also believed it to be the ABS version but after speaking to Jay I've discovered its not, apparently those things that look like there for the abs in the last photo are for the traction control..... Good bits.. Feck its quick, i found the Blade struggled to get to 180mph where this thing went straight to 185 and was still pulling. They also say that the zx10 is gutless in the lower rev range, well not this, i can only presume with the full race system on its made a huge difference because it goes like a rocket in the lower rev range.... I feels much smaller and lighter than the Blade and tipping into corners was fantastic.... I just need some spare time and sunny weather.. It goes to Warrington dyno centre on Wednesday for an ecu play and pc including dyno printouts.... Happy days
Fecking Love it! Only our very own Mad Matt picks up a brand new Bike with Zero miles on the clock and thrapes the fucker up to 185mph as soon as he's outa the Dealers Car Park!
Lmao, it just has to be done Jay, need to know it can do it.... A couple more negatives, it has a fecking Economical Riding Indicator, what the hell is that gay thing all about also to get the seat off is a bit of a mission so won't be doing that again... Positive, i comes with BridgeStone Battlax tyres......
no excuses now matt it's a bit shit that it's not "ready" though? and your the only person i know that says they are grunty and has low end power.i guess your not used to a real mans bike
I can imagine what would happen if I tried to bring my Panigale into the house, she would have my pants down.....hang on a minute.....now there’s a plan for the weekend, and cheaper than a romantic meal for two.
Looks like you've got the latest Mechatronix Ohlins TTX Matt with the Comp & Rebound controlled by the Bikes ECU! Result!!
