Court case result

I asked Matt to remove the thread just in case it could count against me some of you old hands will remember daughter got burgled anyway long story cut short today was our day in court and we got a GUILTY verdict so obviously delighted with that sentencing was adjourned to take into account any previous and I will know what they get within 4 days,bearing in mind this is for receiving stolen goods not the actual burglary but a result all the same.
Like to say a big thanks to South Yorkshire Police who may get some negative publicity this week but have been great with our case.....and final thanks to you guys.

So when can we name and shame............ ?? don't believe he ll get what he ACTUALLY deserves...... but thoughts are with you and your family for getting the ONLY possible result that could be awarded with our shite legal system......

 

I did the name and shame and Sinewave even found me a nice mugshot of her that's the thread I had deleted lol

Its good to hear they got a guilty Dave, burglary is a disgusting crime and I've seen first hand how it effects people, i would take great pleasure cutting the hands off the hands of those that are responsible....

Sadly people don't tend to go to jail for handling stolen goods, even if its not their first time....

 

Good news mate, it's just a shame these scum bags don't really get the punishment for the crime. But at least you and your family can move on. Keep us updated
