    In our defence it does look like a schoolboy error by the Law. Surprised that high paid solicitor/QC that gets the celebrities use has never employed this defence.

    This "loophole" was closed in 2004 following a high court case, if you check the original case of the bloke who didn't sign it was back in 2002/03.

    :(

    And I've no idea who the avatar bird is, might do some research though......
