I recently bought a HRC Swingarm from Foenix but just discovered that theres been a mishap with the swingarm before posting.

To cut a long story short, it looks like its another 2 year wait for another one to turn up :-(

It sounds like the missus has driven over it with the car. I have asked for pictures to see how bad it is..just in case something can be done.

Good idea, it's amazing what can be fixed nowadays.

Also proves it's not been flogged to someone else for more Dollars!

Don't want to cast aspersions on forum member Foenix (who I don't know from Adam) but leaving a bulky item like a rare HRC swingarm sat on the deck in the driveway sounds a bit far fetched to me?

Also not sumat you'd spot quite easily when driving?

Spose saying it's been flatened by a vehicle is one way of bailing out of a sale for a better offer eh! ;)

.....................all the above allegedly that is! :D

Big item on the driveway....hummmm,...reminds me of when I parked my brand new TDM900 behind my girls car, now you'd think she would see a giant grey 300 mile old Yamaha....nope....knocked it straight over! I have the footage too from the CCTV, but promised I'd never post it haha..

    Gutted for you Si.

I believe Foenix is a genuine guy and reading into the brief message that it was driven over to be fair. I guess the pics will show how bad it is.

In the mean time making enquiries for a brand new HRC swingarm

I drove over my then gaffer a few years ago and he loved pies so I should have seen him. He'd have given me a right beating though if I said I wanted pictures.

I have bought items from Foenix recently and found him to be a genuine guy and easy to deal with even though my calipiers arrived via the USA. He was onto the postal sevice ASAP and got them redirected to the UK.

Thanks Bryan ( wife mistake too for the USA lollll ) .

Sometimes shit happens, but really i don't care if some people don't trust me or says i'm not a serious member ..... I ve bought and sold many items since a moment here without issue and sometimes for a big money ( Jamie's ohlins fork for example ).

I witnessed last night someone reversed over their tent, the best bit was when he realised he had just squashed his home for the next week and 2:30am and had no where to sleep

Serves you right for drink driving TW@T !!!

Well never saw any pics of the swingarm or linkages. Paid in £'s refunded in euros but equals £49 short.
