Thats a good point Andy. I think its important for leadership skills if you show your staff and employees the correct way to do something by doing it yourself first! Imagine the pain if you got your lycra twisted...probably best if Dee dons the Lycra! Actually the more i think about it...surely there could be nothing better than Andy and Dee (together) wearing the Lycra! something for everyone (including Brad!) Think of the sales.....lol

Well I'm a big believer in Lead by example but moreso in Team work, so the two of us stepping out in lycra is a great suggestion, HOWEVER but as we only have one suit I wouldn't want to steal an opportunity from Andy after all his hard work #nearlyrenderedspeechless (and that's rare)
Just a little added note on this thread. Andy seems a real nice bloke and certainly seems to try and help when needed...A good contact and decent chap. BUT He is only as good as the suppliers and to this day Im still waiting for my RST 1 piece leathers...RST are flipping useless with stock. It looks like I'm going to have to cancel my first ever track experience as RST are now saying 9th September! I ORDERED THESE IN JUNE FFS! This is the polite version of the email i want to write...im fuming! Maybe its a bit unfair to slate RST on one order perhaps??? TRUE so heres another for you. I was lucky enough to win a RST Jacket at the start of JULY well as they're not getting stock of the colour i want, I agreed to have plain black. It turned up today direct from RST, and my brief flirt with excitement was f**ked when I found out the main zip was not stitched in properly. So now i have to sort out the sending back so they can get one of their staff to sew it for me. WTF! Bad day today
Id like to point out, that Andy is still trying to sort this for me as I type. I cannot fault this mans loyalty or concern I just wish RST were as bothered about their crappy suppliers! Thank you Andy...yet again
For those of you that actually give a monkeys, a brief update on the RST leathers Debarcle!! Cutting it short Im not a happy man, Ive got no RST leathers despite ordering them way back in June and Ive had to cancel my first ever track experience on Monday too! RST continually kept moving the delivery date on myself and Andy, and despite andy doing everything he could they let us both down over and over again. I think we ended up with approx 4-5 eta's the next one being September!! GRRrrr But There is a (hopefully) happy ending, MSV have agreed to credit my track day (hope to do September if Im lucky) and Awesome Andy has sourced me a set of Alpinestars Leathers all the way from Italy (hopefully during August) at a Super Cracking Price! Take note RST thats how you do Customer Service! Ps: if that wasn't bad enough from RST, my competition prize of A new RST Blade jacket finally turned up (won in June) and its front zip was not even sewn in properly. Ive had to courier the jacket back....delivery in September?!?

Did you ever get the feeling you should of bought an xbox instead. This transaction seems to be fated, any update on the replacement suit matey? Im guessing the confirmed delivery date was not as confirmed as we thought. You'd think these 'Fat boy' suits had plutonium sewn into them, talk about hard to obtain. Ill wait to hear, I'm guessing its not happening this week either though.

Its a bloody Miracle! They only bloody fit, Thanks so much for all your effort Andy, I know Ive been a complete pain in the butt. I appreciate all the effort you had to put into this one order, I am real happy with the suit its so good. Now i need to find someone who can shorten one leg for me, not your fault mate don't panic...Ive got different length legs due to an old accident pmsl. Good news on the leathers. Apparently Alpinestars have started prep work incase you damage a jacket arm
