Give him a shout as you shouldn't be out of pocket due to his or her mistake or exchange rate

well think he needs to pull his finger out as it's not right you having to pay,and then wait for a full refund due to his/her mistake.

Yes I could but at least I have some money for a new swingarm rather than wait an unspecified time for the final money to come through.

Might be an honest mistake, but this is sounding more dodgy by the minute. I would be well pi$$ed off to be £49 down having had to wait for refund in the first place for something that wasn't my fault. You must have the patience of a saint!

    U know what?

I sort of felt a little guilty in my initial half jesting suggestion on Page 1 that Foenix aint telling the whole truth here, but as this unfolds I feel my initial post(s) were correct!

Foenix has gone very quite on this thread yet seems able to take time out from "not being at home" to post a coment today on another thread where he's peddlin' sumat at 12:54 today!

No help to you OP but hey, U live and learn!

    Good News!

Foenix has paid the final amount so all money has been returned.

Sadly it was not the smoothest of transactions by any stretch and been desperate to remain optomistic, but the positive side is I have sourced a replacement HRC Swingarm so hopefully can put this experience behind me soon and enjoy the purchase.

    Thanks for you support guys.

After a night out recently my wife reversed into me- after over 18 years together this was clearly a mistake, especially as she seemed happy to do so proving everyone makes them. ;)

Some of these posts are a little harsh and judgmental imo

I agree. Foenix should have been given the right to reply before going for the jugular.

    All's well that ends well...

Phew! Glad that's resolved. Sadly, I speak no French myself but I quite like foenix and his (occasionally) mangled 'take' on the English language. And he does seem to put some good stuff up on the forum. BTW, Can I ask; what's an 'HRC' Swing-arm ?

Thanks Buddy. The HRC Swingarm looks like the standard swingarm but is more rigid and extends the wheelbase slightly. It also has sound proofing removed and bolt holes for special lifters. Some have a quick release wheel fitting.

WOW ! what a big thread about me ! Really ???

My english level is too bad to correctly write what i feel reading all these damn posts !

Some people can confirm all my business is good since few years and for a long time. This case with S!respsol was a bad business but independent of my mind !

Seriously i don't understand why all this people told all this shit about me, surely because i can't fight with the words cause it's not my native language .........

I'm not after money it's my 4 CBR , second Ohlins FGRT fork, second PVM wheels, BST wheels, second full Brembo CNC brakes and now BEringer, i don't run about 49£ ..... but if people thinks that no issues.....
