I bought this after not having a bike for a few years but I always had sportsbikes with my last being an 04 Blade before it got stolen. I got married and watched the long way down too many times so thought an adventure tourer would be good.

It's a big, tall and heavy bastard with shitty low down fuelling plus the gearing it too high. After I got the 09 blade I was shocked, more like forgot, how much better the fuelling down low was.

Don't get me wrong, it's a great bike and comes with traction control, ABS and cruise control plus you get get an optional bluetooth box that allows you to monitor lots of engine data, picture below. Also comes with electronic suspension that works very very well.

    Next to my new blade

    Thanks guys.

It even has the same headlights as the rsv4.

It's a really weird feeling jumping on this after the blade, takes me a little while to adjust.

I looked at one of these before getting my multistrada, as ive had 2 RSV4s before I went down the Ducati route for a change.

Not sure of the price there but the Multistrada is a lot more here. The Caponord gives you pretty good value for money although I think the resale value probably isnt as good.
