Stuff Jimbo needs, not necessarily in this order: Stuff my car now needs: Glad I could help today James and good to meet all you other guys this afternoon. I will let Jimbo tell the story !
Didn't realise you where there David? Which group where you in? Glad Jimbo not to hurt, crash happened almost level where we were spectating from, good job he managed to crawl out of the way of the following bike which almost ran over him
Also also we had loads of red flags today Am sure someone there can give a number lol? Very busy track day leads to that I suppose? Shame I couldn't upgrade to inter, no room was nice to do Donny again though as not been there for 12 months
Then we spotted a feckin' Southern Monkey on the Deck with some Tools in his paws! Then the other Southern Monkey decided he wanted to lie down on the Deck too!
Hi Simon, Sorry I missed you, I wasn’t racing mate. I had a meeting in Coventry so popped up to watch the fun, but didn’t see any racing as my car was turned into a very classy ambulance, not that I minded in the least. I was very glad I could help James. I haven’t heard anything from either James or Dave so I am guessing he is having the full BUPA treatment from some dolly bird nurse, I expect I will get a call or text later to let me know the score. I wouldn’t want to be in James’s shoes….scrub that….. in James shoe when he finally makes that call to Lisa.
+ several. Great day lads. My first time here on 2 wheels and god I felt slow. A few eyebrow raising moments as the front kept lifting when I didn't expect it (still not used to the new gearing) and when the ignition died before the hairpin where I had to take a detour across the grass, but the new SC's are definitely now worn in Hope Jimbo's ok, not sure those nurses are up to the job. Oh, and thanks for catching my bike, I though it was a gonner
Rubber gloves and a peg for their noses, however, I hear it’s there ethical obligation to make hurting people "comfortable". A pay rise for nurses will definably get my vote, the poor lady’s with a lamp in Derby certainly deserve it his evening.
bugger, hope he's ok and not too damaged, also the bike. weather looks like it's been ok,hopefully no other offs.
Bikes come out with very little damage TBH considering it was quite a vicious high side coming outa Goddards! Tis currently Sat in the back of my Van! Did consider winding the Wife up and telling her I'd bought a 3rd Bike, but decided against it!
I'm out!! Broken my foot in two places, and my ankle both sides but was no where near as painful as them putting my pinky back in which was dislocated!! Stupid high side crash, and bike landed on me simply giving it too much - beeeeooooowww! Lol Thanks to all the guys that helped me, poor old Dave who's got to stay up tonight for my appointment to replaster my leg, guess ill have to buy a pint tonight .... And David for taking me to the hospital - appreciated guys!! Now off to testos to get some clothes as I rode up on the triumph and was heading straight from the track ha
