Job interview nerves

    Martin I really wouldn’t worry about it, if it was an internal interview with internal candidates only my guess would be they have already decided, or have a very good idea who is getting the job, and just “going through the motions” to keep HR happy that proper process is being followed.

    Or, is that just the way we do it……

    No I think your right this company is the same and to be honest I had an idea that I was this person but may well have fecked things up today

    Which, sort of, infers that if you still don't get the job then....nobody likes you...

    If your good at your job it doesn’t matter if anyone likes you.......its worked for me so far.
