    Ok,I'm gonna risk sounding stupid:eek:
If you got the SS and set it to max kill time but changed gear quicker the power would come back on quicker, but also full power after kill time, which may not be long enough for a 1st to 2nd shift?
Am I right that the GP only applies the power once it detects the gears engaged making it safer choice?

Hi Ross, the GP has HMSS tech much the same as the SS, but the GP also has kill times that can be set for each gear, so HMSS trims each kill time used for each gear on the GP, HMSS only trims the kill time down not up. :)

Hi, the only stupid question is the one you don't ask.

The HMSS will work 75-95% off the time (depending on conditions) so you would not want to set the kill time to the max as when the HMSS does not engage you will have one looooooooooooong ign cut.

The reason why the HMSS will not work all the time for example is when something causes the chain to clatter like going over a rumble strip or a wheelspin as in these conditions the info the algorithm is looking at is all over the place and in these conditions it will revert back to the original kill time so although its not as important to set the kill time spot on you still want it to be good for when the HMSS is not used.

Same applies to the GP, only with this you set the kill time individually for each gear so if the HMSS is not used it will use the default time you have set.

If you want 1st to 2nd QS then get the GP :)

And do it while this offer is on as it will never be repeated ;)

The HMSS technology is proven at the highest levels of racing and we are the ONLY QS with this proven technology regardless of claims. We will explain how this works when asked by a customer over the phone without giving out our secrets unlike others who will just fob you off with "its too complicated and we have had it all along"

This is why HRC use our QS and no other companies except their own off course lol

It's an awesome piece of kit Ross you would love either the SS or the GP.
I have the GP on my Blade and it is silky smooth, and I'd imagine the exact same for the SS barring the 1-2 gear.

You can hear my HM Plus QS in this video, I make up so much time on people down the 2km straight and the QS goes a long long way to doing this! Just need to sort my braking out now!!
