Fitted my exhaust and Brembo MC.

First impression on the Brembo is it seems to improve it a lot. No more power as such but much better initial bite and feel Will probably fit the carbon panel tonight.

Took it round the block with the baffle out and BLOODY HELL its loud. Will probably use the baffle for the road. The reasets i have made it a pain to fit as the position of the brake cylinder is different to OE

Also has anyone with a leo vince noticed a blow on the header/link pipe clamp? It's pretty bloody tight but there is a little leak and its very lose to the fairing so not ideal. hopefully it will coke up in time and seal.

    Nice!
I'm thinking about the Brembo RCS MC.
Has yours changed the feel to give less initial travel at the lever by any chance?
I want braking to start as _soon_ as I touch the lever.

yeah the brakes now have no initial spongey-ness and i think more feel. theyre no more powerful just require less effort to pull the lever

think its a king carbon mate. seems pretty good quality overall

fitted the carbon faing panel last night. had to modify one of the brackets a bit and dremmel a bit of the carbon away to prevent it rubbing on the can but im pleased with it

went for a test ride and the low down flat spot is much improved and mid range feels much better

the brembo is much improved over OE cylinder also so im pleased with the brakes now.

still waiting for the o2 eliminator to appear (!!!!!) so hopefully that should improve it again.

im going to get a custom map done though as when i crack the throttle open between 5-6500rpm it hesitates a bit. if i throttle on gently it picks up really well though. overall the map is fairly close though i think

Only managed to get out twice so far this time home.

Was out yesterday and it was lashing down at Alston!

Clicked over 1600 so will be close to 1700 I think by now

Forecast good for tomorrow so will try and get a proper days riding in.

I've spent more time cleaning it than riding it this time home which I hate!

    Better than the OE dunlops

These are what I used when I last rode on road in 07 but I'm sure there are better tyres now

Out of touch with road tyres as I've ridden just on track or offroad since 07
