    I have my swb transit mate at work if you want to borrow it has a ramp and a bike holder thingy ma bob im only in Stafford if makes life any easier

    Not sure about that Jay but getting there mate. A typical disaster for me, fitting the SS sensor to the gear rod, i used a bit of lock tight to the nut that bolts the rose joint to the rearsets and this morning notice that I've managed to get it all over the rose joint and its seized:eek:

    Putting everything together that I've taken off today thats some weight saved, the horn must be made of lead, i was using it for bicep curls....

    Just spray a bit of Loctite remover on it mate then brake cleaner and work it . It will be fine

    Huge, big, massive thanks to Daznorthwest and Wedgiewolves for offering me the usage of their vans to transport my bike to Colchester, cheers fellas you are both true gents......

    Another friend who owns a security shutter business has decided he wants a day out, he will also be helping me out when i race with such things as new tyres:) Happy times.....

    We set off at 4.30 in the morning for MSS Kawasaki in Colchester, being met by Nick (manager/owner) for a grand tour before we go over what needs doing to the bike. Will take my camera to take some photos. This is the paint scheme we have come up with but instead of green it will be yellow.....

    Back home now, about a 12 hour round trip[​IMG]

    Here is a small list of the work being done at MSS Kawasaki over the next couple of weeks..

    Fairing brackets fitted.
    Superbike race fairings fitted.
    Fairings painted.
    SBK screen fitted.
    LH switch gear removed and refitted to air intake.
    Lock stops fitted.
    Quick action throttle fitted.
    SBK rain light fitted.
    Brake lever guard fitted.
    Clock Brackets fitted SBK
    Tip switch bracket fitted.
    Reg bracket fitted, Reg relocated MSS.
    Carbon tank protectors fitted.
    Dyno work.

    I could of spent the day there speaking to Nick the owner of MSS Kawasaki also Danny Buchan's Manager, great friendly guy with a world of knowledge especially concerning the zx10r. All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and for once i feel 100% satisfied that my bike is being prepped by professionals....
