Booking Kais Suspension for 2015 to come to Oulton Park.

I have just booked my Bmw in to get ohlins internals and springs fitted it already has a ohlins shock and while doing this asked them if they offer a service where they come to a trackday and spend a day with you to get suspension set up , I have used a tyre/suspension company twice on a track day (£45 a time)IMO they don't have the time needed to get your bike set up just for you they are normally so busy fitting tyres and when you go back after first session they have a que of people waiting .

Kais suspension don't normally do trackdays as they attend all the BSB meets plus other race meets including the TT but have said if I could get no more than 3 bikes they would come to oulton park and spend the day with us getting bike set up spot on and oulton would be a good track for this to be done as it's got it all fast straights,fast left/right handers etc

I reckon it will be about £600(£200 a rider)but will find out when I take bike this week hopefully .

Let us know if interested and what bike and suspension set up you have but as I said max 3 bikes.

I will update this thread and once I have 3 riders will let kais know.

1.jase -Bmw s1000rr ohlins front/back
2.Jimbo -Blade -ohlins rear and front soon I think)
3.Matt -Zx10 -only if Kais are good enough to touch matts bike as it has fancy suspension on

 

I'll take p2 - might as well get the team bikes sorted and use it as a pre season shakedown.... guess your thinking around march time??

 

Yeah we started feb last year at £50 a trackday and had some great weather so before first round at Snetterton be perfect . Don't you have something else planned for March as well.

I would be very interested however i have the Ohlins electronic rear so do they have the know to tweak this??

I know Tom Sykes uses the same suspension but not sure about bsb, although it does it itself I'm sure it still needs an initial set up for my weight ect. But i would like to be included if thats ok guy's....

 

Hmmmm i could be interested in this if my bike is all done by then i have my TTX on the way from Foenix so i should be able to piece it together over winter

Wedgie as you will definitely be racing next year you take the place and i will stand in as a reserve incase anyone can't make it

Don't worry about 3rd spot I will fill that as had a bit of interest else where so if you can't make it Matt no probs.

Will have a chat with Kais when I drop bike of as I don't want them coming on a wet trackday so will see how much notice they need.

 

I can definitely make it just thought that if someone racing wanted it like Wedgie i would let them jump in, i will be on the same track day so will be there anyway. That said I'm liking the look of Brands Hatch next year to do my first race

I will definitely take the place Jase, if thats ok....

 

I really liked Brands Indy even though I had my big off there very hard circuit to pass though so QF is very important.
