Looks amazing, funny how they release the 'images' straight after the brand new very much real R1 has been released. Bout time Honda actually release the bikes - bored of the talking.
They haven't released the images, they've just launched it at EICMA with Marquez riding it onto the stage. Want one!
I dread to think what the price will be. But with the new R1, the H2 and the Panigale, it had better be in the £15,000-25,000 range or it will just be some other exotic, limited bike that nobody can ever get a chance of owning. A bit reminiscent of the NR750.

Yep thats it! So for all those Kwak, BMW, Ducat etc etc etc Its easy... Honda 1 Rest 0 Game, set and match.
Ducati Desmo comparable bike though.... So min £50k? Looks amazing though.... And be great if the styling and some of the tech followed down to the blade, if that's ever updated....
Looks great in the red, white and blue but looks awesome in black! Shame the mirrors and indicators look crap
Let's face it for us it's pointless.... BUT it ends the Honda need to keep up, it's not Honda now that need to keep up, it's us, only the likes of Tom Cruze can buy such a bike so yeah I agree it's sad, for real bikers who can never afford one. Price I have always said it will be a min of 75 grand, but it could be 200 grand! Unless it's 15 grand I ain't getting one haha
Looks great. But too expensive for us mere mortals. Although for the price they are going to ask - I would want assurances that the ABS worked!
Today at EICMA Marc Marquez reveals the new RC213V-S Prototype! Developed by Honda Racing Corporation (HRC) and Honda Motor, the RC213V-S is a road going prototype of the awesome Championship winning MotoGP RC213V machine. Inspired by, and developed with input from many legendary GP riders, the RC213V-S Prototype is set to be the ultimate road going motorcycle. Two machines have been presented; a static bike painted with a distinctive Japanese flag to mark 100 years of the EICMA show, along with a fully functioning, running version clothed in full carbon-fibre, fittingly ridden onto the stage by 2013/14 MotoGP champion, Marc Marquez.
People often refer to these bikes as being out of our price range - but these are the bikes whose technology will one day be in the more affordable every day superbikes that we ride as the technology develops further and becomes obsolete in the these super high end machines. Yes, a shame that these bikes are out of our price range, but thank god they are being made as it is these bikes that forge new direction and raise the bar for bike manufacturing. I love that bike!
Everything i own is for sale . That is just beautiful . I want to ride it look at it take it apart to perve at her naked hrcness store it in my lounge and lick it when the wife has gone to bed . Oh hang on shes for sale too so wont be around to judge my HRC tainted tongue Lotto win needed asap!
Cheap compared to supercar prices, even if it's 200 grand! My guess is still 75k, SL is 54k and they sold no problem, D16RR 42k....
