Love the Italian bellypan colours one. Which is surprising as I normally prefer black bikes.

Don't like the exhaust though, but that is pretty common these days. A dealer who lost their Honda franchise during the last putsch moved to Aprilia so may have to pop in and see one in the flesh next year.

    Always nicely designed.
Does anyone have an Aprillia as there everyday transport, wet and dry or are they a bit 'Italian' for that?

The 'italian' version looks soooooooo much better in the flesh, I could have stood and looked at it all day, just need to win the lottery....the Italians make beautiful bikes :)

I think it is Martin :)

Sat on it at the show, had the most racy feel with an amazing gripable tank. Could imagine great feel when hanging off it. Will have to try one next year I think..

I have to agree. Maybe the Italian belly pan on the black bike would work.

We had a good pour over one yesterday at the show and if I was going to but another 1000cc road bike then I think it would be an RSV4 of some description.

Not sure about for a race/track bike but only as cheap spares will be difficult to come by at a reasonable price (as pointed out to me by Jimbo)

A mate of mine has one........had one should say. Used it as his everyday transport in 2years & 18k miles, he had two engines, three looms,a rear subframe, a swing arm and he gave up counting after 4 sets of fork seals !!!
Perhaps a Friday afternoon / Monday mornin bike but he now has a Big Bang R1 and wouldn't touch an Italian bike again !
