Must admit I have been a long time F1 fan as well as our beloved bike racing, but just been reading Crash website and I think this bloke is losing it!! Thoughts?
I used to work at silverstone every year at the gp at one of the helo terminals bringing all the teams through. I have met and spoke to loads of drivers and team principals. Only 2 people who are thorough arseholes and think they are a cut above the rest, ron dennis and bernie himself. Both arseholes squared, ron dennis in particular is an ignorant and arrogant bas,.,.'!d
Hi Racman, The bloke seems to be pissing on his own bonfire rather than promoting it!! It was his fault we can't watch it live anymore (Free, which has pretty much ended Moto GP for me) and now he had the stupidity to slag off small teams in his own sport which are a stepping stone for new drivers.....totally unprofessional !!
Tottaly agree. What i really hate about bernie is that he has always hated silverstone and normally dos,nt need any encouragement to try and get rid of that gp. Its always seemed strange to me that, as its his own home gp.
I agree to mate!! Back in 2000 he slagged off silverstone big style saying it should be "Ripped out and started again". It has got so commercial these days though F1 is at the point of being s@@t!! I got a months free Sky sports due to changing my phone and broadband to Sky, on the F1 channel they show Classic GPs from the 70s/80s/90s etc and they are a lot better than what we see now.
I must say, this restores my faith in human nature. Only mine though because, word for word, I've always thought the same thing despite never meeting either of them. Must be better at reading people than I thought...
