Thought this would have been mentioned somewhere on here before now, if you have not seen it pretty shocking footage:

Robbers Smash Into Home With Battering Ram

Bit close to home in north east Manchester but looks very targeted - just hope the feckers crash the bike or get identified from it.

End of day its all insured so just let it go - but its a fecker

I had a car dealer friend who had part share in a Mitsubishi Evo a few years ago and also lived in Manchester.

He hated it as he and his friend both had their front doors caved in for the keys !!!!

    That's why I've nice things and a Doberman !!

If they break in to my house, which I've worked hard to pay for, and try to steal my things or things that belong to my family, that we have worked hard for, then I would use absolutely anything to inflict the maximum amount of damage on any of them.

Come into my establishment to steal from me, then you're fair game to take a knife, bat with nails in or whatever I have lying around the house.

oxygen thieves deserve to take a battering.. The justice system would let them off with community service and we would pay more in premiums if we claimed.

Let them take what they want. I wouldn't risk the wife and kids getting hurt and we are insured.

Then hunt them down and extract revenge with hammer drill and angle grinder.

then you would be done as it'll be calculated revenge.... Self defence is better mitigating circumstances.

thats the dilemma.... If it meant any one of my family becoming in danger, then it's a no go. But, I wouldn't rest until they would never steal again.

We all have the right to bear arms..... But by the time I have found the keys to the cabinet, unlocked it, opened the ammunition box and loaded up the b*stards would have been and gone.

Still my Hong Kong police night stick might slow them down a bit.

Insured.... well yes..... let it go..... well no....

They would not have left my house...... not without being carried to an ambulance first.

It is shocking watching that, felt a little sick when the bike and leathers disappear down the road also.. And yes your insured but you will pay back every penny in premiums over the next 10 years! But these scum you don't know what they would do when your family's in the house, probably armed to know doubt..

Worth dieing over or putting family at risk im not so sure :(

Haha just reminded me of a year or so back when some chavs tried to lift my garage door and woke up my mum whos bedroom is above the garage. I got up with no time to get dressed and grab the closest weapon (happened to be a drumkit hi-hat stand) and legged it after them down the street. Didnt catch them tho bare feet on gravel doesnt half slow you down!

    Very hard one.

Heat of the moment thing, but having been attacked in the past my natural instinct has always been to chin them.

If someone had a knife to one of my loved ones however I'd do anything the capturers said to have them released.

Needless to say if it was just me at home I'd be getting stuck in.

Ex amateur boxer, hard to get rid of years of habits lol.

He prob has 3 insurance claims (bike, house and car) to carry, and read somewhere bike accessories are not covered on some house insurance policies so lid and leathers may not have been covered - that's all got to add up.

All I have to say is....... Bastards , I'd end up doing time myself, but I could guarantee it would be the last thing they nicked.
