I wouldn't buy a Box c/w Tools as you'll end up with a lot of sub standard gear and stuff U don't need.

Get one of Top Box's from this range, don't buy the cheaper DIY Red/Yella/Black range.

    https://www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/...ool-chest/type/any/module/shopcategory/page/1

Then get yer sen some basic Hand Tools and one of the Pro Socket sets from Halfords such as this one.

Halfords | Socket Sets | Car Socket Sets and Accessories | Garage Equipment

All U need then is someone to show U how to use them! [IMG]

But I absolutely love all the TENG TOOLS I've bought, good gear IMO.

Myself personally i wouldn't expect the quality of the Machine Mart tools to be great, would only get an ok from us. But you get what you pay for, it all depends on what you want to do with the tools.;)

Matt to be honest for trackdays you really only need a small tool box with the basics to remove wheels/calipers few other tools I made the mistake of getting a biggish tool box and you just don't need it and they weigh a ton.

The 3 days in Jerez most of us took toolboxes this size

I'm a big fan of the teng tools.. I've plenty. Really well made, durable and come with a life time guarantee..,as jase says above tho only need a small box for trackdays.. Handy having a few ratchets pre load with appropriate sockets for wheel nuts, caliper bolts and pinch bolts etc :D

dont bother with those tools Matt (and the chest come to think of it)

just get a decent top box (halfords do dealson them all the time and are very good quality).then make a list of what you need rather than buying crap tools that you dont need.

the Halfords deal on teh scoket set is very good
