    Running top, two pairs of running socks, a new animal wallet, two CDs. My main one doesn't arrive in the UK till next month....Arai RX7 GP "Edwards Tribute". I am very chuffed and grateful. Merry Christmas

    Kids got me a painting of the family from someone on a facebook group the wife belongs to (bit of a plug if it is allowed www.facebook.com/HappyBirthdayHM).

    She painted the picture from a set of photos that the wife gave her access too, so the eldest is on his BMX, whist the youngest is on the Wife's horse.

    A fan is a must for turbo trainers. I'm lucky and have a drafty unheated out building I can use mine in but I still get blooming sweaty.
