78 seems low? Usually around the 100-104 for the fan to kick in on my 2010. I'm sure some clever types will come along with some ideas and what to look for very soon.
I had the airbox off it and started it and noticed one fan kicking in at about 78 degrees mark. The second fan kicks in at about the one 104 mark. Dont know if is normal for one to kick in at the lower temperature.
Just checked the owners hand book and it says it normal for it to some times come on at the lower temperatures if the engine is revved. Thanks for the replies.
Not sure mate, but the 78 would be a niggle more than a concern for now. An early fan must be better than no fan I'm sure
102 for the big fan, 106 for the smaller one. Manual does refer to the fan kicking in earlier if reved but never noticed it myself.
