There was a kind offer from The FireBloke to give me a backy but having been out with him a couple of times I was scared of him nodding off mid flight and us both ending up in a bush .

If I was you two, I'd meet up in Waltham then go A303, A354, A35. Great bike roads for A series ones.
I think this may be the point you left me last year, if anyone can remember the route you took? I think you guys took the A358 off that roundabout and I went straight over and followed the 303 If I'm right and your taking the same route could we try and meet around there
Without doubt, the quickest route for you, Martin. if you want to ease your leg, is straight down the A303 to Exeter as it ends about 3 miles from the hotel. It's just that, for me, the 303 isn't the fun on the bike that it's generally considered and the longer loop down through Dorset is a lot prettier.
I did 303 last year and struggled with the distance so I don't want to make it any longer, or I may have to try and get a Harley like Giv
Nice one Martin .....but rest assured that will never happen .Do you really Really think I would give All you tossers a full years ammunition in my moment of need to visit an old friend in Devon Ps I am sharing a room with Si but agreed that he can have a key so he can slip out and visit Tol who I believe is scared of the dark .
You know i will be there.dont mind sharing with any one. I will prob ride up to martin and come into town with the main posse as the debon mafia try to pick us off if we travel alone!
