Did anyone else purchase a 1jac at the NEC back in November, if so have you received it yet. It would appear they have taken orders and payment to fund manufacture because when I chased delivery they told me they were having supplier problems and I should receive it in 2-3 weeks. Can't say as I'm happy but what can you do. I paid on credit card so if they fold I should be refunded.
yep doesn't look good considering what happened before. paying on CC is definatley the way forward with any purchase these days

Hi Gary, happy new year to you, I paid £280, I had read the previous post and that is why I used a credit card, Ill give them another week then Ill pass it on the card provider as a concern. Its a shame because they have a good product and they are a British company.
Sorry Carl I'm terrible. Happy New Year mate. You did the right thing about using the CC, I even paid the deposit on the Mrs car just in case of any issues. Hopefully yours is just a timing issue though.
Just request your money back! And get them to let you know when back in stock, they shouldn't have any problem in doing that if they are geniune
I talked to 1Jac but did not order from them. they did say they "Had" supported the forum but from the sounds of it that is not happening any more but Rob is not around to remove the board. I may be wrong. I will move to the traders board so we try and keep the forum as tidy as we can and it will be more relevant in there I hope And hope anyone who ordered one gets them soon. And hope you put in on your CC like Carl
Proballly cos they are a small company and they have taken lots of orders from the N.E.C week , they are only a small company. Keep the faith they are good blokes and can't do enough For customers . Just a backlog I'm sure Don't slate me for saying it , I'm well happy with mine and the service I got when I bought it
If they can't supply demand, they shouldn't take people's money mate. End of. Yeah I get they might be a small company, but taking the full amount to boost their cash flow... Or even pay for manufacturing good they don't have, isn't right IMO - might not be the case but a new firm with a legacy issue from a previous business etc i wouldn't bet against it They should take deposits, and ask for payment before shipment if that was the case. Taking their money and 8 weeks later no goods is just a piss take. Unless they said there was a 3 month wait, which I doubt.
Totally agree , 8 weeks seems a bit excessive tbh I'd have expected it after 4 weeks maximum . Dunno what's gone on there
Seems a bit da ja vu to me.....especially after the maker was on here spouting it was not his fault about previous issues and with new start they are doing things right this time and wish to be as helpful as they can and to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Remember folks were paying a lot more for the 1jac product than other copies of original.......I hope it gets sorted but fear it may be repeat of past experiences!
Just reading back over the thread and am guessing that they aren't making them themselves if they are having supplier problems! So much for made in house. So much for all the bullshit that this wouldn't happen again with letting customers down
