Hey lads. Wondering if someone with the 06-07 blade could do me a favour and take a a few measurements from their bike. My understanding after a lot of searching is that the swingarm from 04-05 to 06-07 is not 'identical' as most think. They are very similar and yes the colour was changed but I believe the area where the chain adjusting blocks is different as well. On the 06-07, if my research is correct, the slot is longer to allow for more chain adjustment. Could someone take a few measurements (length, width and height) of this area please so I can compare with my 05. Doing this to make sure there won't be any problems if I order the lightech chain adjusters which are only listed for the 06-07 bikes. If you could also measure the width of the swingarm arm at the end as the lightechs have a backing plate to hold them in and want to make sure this slides in as well. Cheers. RR image.jpg

Awesome dude. Will measure soon as I get home! Any chance you got a measurement of the 'thickness' of the arm?! Like if you took a cross section of it? I hope I'm being clear. ........ As in if you are looking at the bike from the rear, the thickness of one of the swingarm sides....

Mmmmm don't think we are on the same page. I remember mine was roughly 18~19mm. I mean the very back of the arm Tried to take a picture but the lighting is horrendous hahaha image.jpg

Also does the 06-07 chain adjusting slot taper like this

Oh does it not?! Mmmmm wonder how safe it would be then to fit the lightechs? Yeah was thinking of Gilles but they don't do red :p think red will be savage with the swing arm after I powdercoat it black.
