Oh OK, no worries! Was just guna point out sumat my Accountant told me a couple of years ago in that Motorcycles are treated as 'Plant and Machinery' as far as HMRC are concerned so if you can show a requirement to use a Motorcycle for some of your Travel requirements in your Business then you can claim all the VAT back and the whole cost of the Bike is Tax Deductable in the first year of ownership! On my 2nd New Bike in 18 months now!
I was very apprehensive with No1 on my TT legends. But, recently learnt it's nothing to do with winning position, more the starting position. Bit gutted when I read that actually. Really Thought I was No1 Should really change it to No2 to reflect my true riding ability
Maybe I could claim that the trains are always late, so I intent to run passengers to their destinations............. LOL
LOL....... Now does No 1 indicate a high riding ability, or does it work the other way round...... LOL
First week in March...... So it's on a 15 plate. Might have to call in a favour........ help me set the suspension up. (Sag, Saw, Flop & Drop..... LOL).
That's why don't really go East! Although did work on MPV's today at Eastleigh and Effingham! I'm NDT Engineer for SWT. Still probably catch you at Loomies! Enjoy!
Yep, Loomies & Bury Hill are my regular haunts on a weekend, at least you know what bike to look for......LOL. I'm Balfour Beatty's Operations Manager for Horsham & Tonbridge MPV Depots, I used to be a MOM in Wessex, but this position came up about two years ago and the money's better....... LOL. Miss working nights though, and being able to get out on the bike everyday. Now It's down to weekends and the odd ride to Horsham when the weathers decent. Keep a look out for me, be good to chat. You probably know some of the MPV Fitters, and ServPro guys that I work with, a lot of them used to work at Effingham when DB Schenker had the contract before we took it over.
