    Well lads and lassies.....SAGA as of today are now the proud owners of Bennetts......could be advantageous for us slightly older gents and ladies.....apparently this will give SAGA 20% of the total bike market in the UK.

    The grey pound on the up!:D

    Don't bank on it. Saga quoted me 40% more than my previous cheapest quote on my car insurance, despite promising to beat any previous quote.

    When I queried why they were dearer, they said "We do not expect someone as young as you to be driving a Jaguar":eek: I was 55 at the time FFS.

    I have heard similar tales from others. So if they are like that for cars. I dread to think what they will be like with bike premiums

    Well, I fall quite nicely into thier demographic, wonder if I will get a free Parker pen if I renew with Bennetts.
