I live in Waltham Abbey so Brands is the easiest track for me. So I do do quite a few days there. You would have to drop into Inters though to do a 1-1. I'm sure you could split the day with a friend though, either have alternate sessions or 1 have morning and the other the afternoon.
LOL If you're there next Saturday we'll go out and i can watch you. You might not need much instruction. We can chat about what you think you're problems are on the day.
