Up hear now, sat in the swan with a pint of the local ale waiting for my lemon sole, stopped off at demon tweeks got myself tyre warmers, new gloves and under glove plus thermal top, In other words too late now ! well all bar a freak snow storm, ITS ON ! However...if i can wangle the 18th ill wangle the 18th !
Dealt with vicky, and yea got few quid off and was helpful too, none of the italian gloves were wide enough for me without having the fingers that long i could keep spanners in too
Was a positively Balmy 6 degrees and Sunny on Winsford Industrial Estate today where we were working so assume Oulton was quite good also being only 4 miles up the road or so
im going but to watch as im off work looking after my grandaughter we come for dinner and watch ill bring the camera
Thats oulton about half 8 yesterday, i got up at 6 peeped out through curtains of the swan to see winter wonderland ! the lake by the circuit was completely frozen over, the track was as white as the grass so not looking good ! but by 10ish and after two groups of cars had been round, the sun was out and things looking promising, it just got better and better and better, we still had at least 1 red flag every session, people forgetting its still winter !! but my last session out was worth all the money traveling and hassle, did wonders for my confidence and i can't wait for the next, I'm booked up for anglesey the first of march but i dropped my bike off to jhs this morn for the bazzaz so don't think it be ready for the 18th, i did ask very nicely tho !
I bet there was more grip on the rally track in your pic than the track itself glad you had a good day,but still far too early in the yr for a UK trackday for me.
well I'm, off on the 18th so,i might just have to come for a brew,and see who's done the best upgrades over winter,and see what I'm up against for the rest of the year

How much fuel do you guys take?? I have and empty tank on the bike but a 20ltr can full, is that going to be enough or should i get more? Say 40ltr..
Fill the tank and take 20l - that will be plenty some prefer to run with a lower level of fuel for weight saving , but don't go too low as running out of juice at Oulton is not just embarrassing , its numpty time...
Jay knows all about running out I shall get another 20l as i don't like filling the bike up.. You speak for yourself lol, Mazarino Rossi is mega quick
