Maz ! You do realise your cakes will be blamed for any slow laps. And if cakes are not provided a week on Friday they will have something to bench mark against Ps they won't mention the breakfast they scoffed before the start of proceedings but there is photo evidence for your defence
Only just finished!! What a long and knackering day that was! Up at 4.55am, long hard day mentally and physically. 2 hours to get home due to traffic, detour to pick my dog up, unload my van and re-load with work stuff, so just about done by 9.30pm! Good day though! Bit dodgy this morning but once it started drying my intermediates felt great! The bike ran very well after having some engine work done to it......found myself doing the overtaking on the straights instead of the other way round! New SBS Dual Carbon pads were exceptional! Today definitely was a testing day and I was happy to see everyone treating it as such, really wasn't worth it to break any records due to the conditions. Matt did very well although he really was a puff in the wet this morning! Once the sun came out his balls must have swelled 'cos his riding really came on! Poor Al! Second time he's been taken out by someone else!! He's gonna be a bit sore in the morning. So....I have some film footage that I haven't yet watched. It will show myself passing Jase!....but very soon being passed back and not really seeing him again! Myself passing Matt a few times and he passing me back also. Myself passing Andy and possibly just skimming his leathers!! .......And finally, I didn't see Jay all day!!! Cheers to Barney once again. As soon as I've sorted the filming I'll post some up.
Bryan....that pic earlier really was at the briefing not queueing for breakfast.....we're finely honed atheletes!
editing complete - its a very rough cut as a bit shattered lol - give it 5 mins to upload Not saying a good idea to have your iphone in your leathers but an opportunity none the less! Poor old Trigger, been through some epically good times and now a low point - but you still got me home safe and sound and live on the guilty party (who fcuked off before I could 'have a word')
great write ups chaps, heres a link to steve moss's site that got some snaps of the day. https://www.flickr.com/photos/snapoutofit1/sets/72157648563980634/page2/
I love you al.... I really do. Only you would get those crash photos whilst the dude is still floored - awesome work. Glad you and the bike are ok (ish)
he was annoying me screaming like a girl when he was OK , and he'd messed up my day and hurt Trigger - nobody messes with Trigger!
Haven't seen the vid so ill hold judgement. But no one likes a cry baby!! Gutted for ya really am, had some shit luck on track... Next time it'll be fine. Need to get out of interdangerous
Here you go, https://vimeo.com/119998303 I know when you watch it back everyone will say: You could have swerved to the left You could have braked in time You could have gunned it to lift the front wheel and jumped him like a boss Backed it in past him to the right Shame GoPro was not running in 60fps but its good enough to catch what happened
Should've gone right and run him over instead Nothing you could have done there. Glad you and the bike are ok, that's the main thing mate.
Really unlucky there mate. Not much you could have done there by the looks if it. Guy just ran out of talent and u were unlucky to be there at the time
