the amount of data (yes including lap times ) it gives you is very good, just about to plumb in a brake pressure switch and hopefully when I find some, some suspension pots,it'll be like a BSB bike, just without the fast rider
^^ I think your right mate, we might get a couple of dry sessions in the morning, at least i shall have plenty of time to get a new rear tyre, i will try the new metzlers that Jay has..
Your priority is a spare set of wheels matey! These were a steal not so long back! http://forum.zx10r.co.uk/index.php/topic,23149.0.html These are still available? http://www.motoforum.net/topic/1082...-shod-with-discs-rings-etc/?hl=+zx10r++wheels
Im not sure whether his wheels have the traction rings however I'm far to low on cash at the moment for spare wheels but when i do have the money they are top of my list
They're a bargain tbh as I've seen Peeps asking those prices for bare wheels! Discs are worth £300+, plus cush drive, and tyres which may well have some good use left in em. Traction rings are only about £50 if not included
reet all packed up ready to go,bit of rush job with the bike so wiring is a bit of mess, but it starts, and the dash lights up so all being well will be ok... see you In the morn matt,it's only forecast 30mph winds and 3mm of rain so should be a top day
Was going to camp at the gate mate but decided to sleep at home. I will however be leaving here at 4am so will be there by 5am somewhere near the front of the queue, everything except the bike is packed ready to go
Not many there today unsurprisingly! The new ZX blew 101db at the noise testing with it's un-baffled Arrow! Pleased with that!
I have issues when it comes to being early for something lol, Never going to happen today mate especially in those conditions, to cold and far to wet, we only managed 3 sighting laps and three sessions 2 of which were cut short because of rain. Also i was asked to remove my lap timer That said my next realistic time to beat will be 1:53, today was more about Scooby correcting my lines for me or at least telling me where I'm out. I peeped at some of Scooby's lap times from the past and he's easily a 1:47 man so any advice from him is more than welcome (needed).. Great to also see Jase and Jay there and as always i owe Barney a drink for more incredible photos
Think they are called turkey strips them bad boys Glad you had a safe day lads.... All saddle time Matt and won't do you any harm
