I'm open to all sorts of bikes but that may be just a fraction beyond my limit, only a fraction mind. I do think it's a bold and brave decision and I'm sure every ride will be an event, but can't help wonder what on earth I'd wear on it. What get up is the done deal on one of those?
Legend has it that Blackness is twenty foot tall and six feet wide, he has size 25 boots and hands as big as shovels, that gold wing is like a minimoto to him, a mear toy, he shall ride it to an inch of its life, pass superbikes on the outside and wheelie across the cafe car park! He is golden. Where as me, I need a ladder to get on that, I'm only green with envy lol
I'll tell you what I'm thinking Mart... I'm thinking "Hmm, it has a stereo, and a cigarette lighter... Now where do i put the cup holder so i can fully kick back and relax while the cruise control is on" !! Gonna stick a base bin in the top box so i can get maximum effect while blaring out some Lynyrd Skynyrd

I have a fine selection of Icon urban leather wear that i think will compliment in an alternative kinda way and make it look a bit raar ! Like i said, I'm not your average Goldwing rider so ill refrain from the obligatory chaps and helmet with a big microphone
Nah you're ok mate not into arm chairs, got one of these for when I want to travel with more than a credit card and toothbrush
Oh my god Steve, i can't believe you actually shared that dark secret with us mate ! Im not going to let it change our friendship tho
Well Project Painless is under way.... Really quite simple how these big old pigs work and luckily one of the last owners was conscientious enough to have copper slipped most of the bolts I've tackled so far and only managed to snap one ! Every time i walk into the cave now tho i get a slight shudder when i look at it in bits and think of getting it back together but luckily the Haynes manual has now arrived ! I have however bought its first "must have" accessory tho while i was out shopping yesterday ! Every bike like this needs a Dash board Jesus
Oh i see a future of open face helmet tassle laidend leather you easy rider you, enjoy the tinkering..Just need some nice straight roads..
Open face helmet, I've got covered mate ! Tassels aren't happening but i think a Hawaiian shirt could be the right look ! As for straight roads, I'm in full agreement ! Before i started stripping her the other day i thought id just run it up the road and back. Where a blade drops in nicely into a bend, this thing just kinda "drops" in a WTF fashion.. 3 tonnes and a 16" front wheel and ballon tyres makes for interesting physics ! Its like that equation that arrives on the fact that a bumble bee shouldn't really be able to fly
