There for the social as not on track. Booked hotel night before and will trundle down through Derbyshire afterwork (prob. on Trigger) grab bite to eat and then catch up and a natter over a pint or 2. Head to Donny and see how everyone gets on. Got some other pals there, and maybe even The Fridge will be on track as loaned it out so lots going on / people to see so to speak.
Hope the N.L. instructor who ended up in a air ambulance after he followed me at Anglesey a few years back and crashed with a high side on 1st corner is fully recovered now.
Fridge def appearing this day, cracking bike and had a great time last March at Donny on it, not sure where I used it since, think only RAF Valley in July.
Just a little update. The bikes now rebuilt and running well. I'm not saying the injector wasn't a problem at some point but also found some other issues along the way which would have contributed to her rough running. The rubber trumpets had become slack and was allowing air to get sucked into the system. All removed, cleaned and reseated and she's running pretty much 100%. Not a bad fix considering.
Got so many folk I know going to this, also a chance a new R1m will be there on shakedown test, watch this space for details / confirmation.
Stano ( mark Stanton )was the instructor who crashed at anglesssy.. Fully recovered now. I bought a blade off him last year . Nice chap. Going to try and arrange cover at work to join you guys on this
My mates just offered me his place in Inters if I want it Ah the voices in my head but honestly think I should sit it out and do one when I feel ready
Boys I migh gate crash this, meant to be racing that weekend at oulton, but it might be my track time to get me ready to race at donny.... Time is running away, still not rode on track and work and home is crazy at the mo.... Need some track time and when better with the lads
