I have made the new adapter today.
Hopefully I should have it all working tonight.
See below the difference between the pin that came with the kit and the correct size....
Gold colour one is the supplied one.

    I made the correct pin.
I spoke with the supplier today and they were awaiting their technical guy to comment.
I will post the outcome here.
Bottom line is the lift works fine now.

That thing could sort me a lot of hassles. How well does it roll, Steve? The castors look smaller than the ones in the you tube video.

    It rolls really well Ken.
I can completely spin the bike round in the garage now!
    So much more convenient.

Rob - yes, there is a spring loaded pin that clicks into place when at full lift.
Actually, the swirly swing arm was an optional extra in the sport pack. Looks cool eh?

Nice job mate, bit of luck you can do that sort of thing. Let's hope they sort it though, it seems a good bit of kit generally.

    Cheers JD.
I hope they will sort the fitting kit anyway as i have told them a group buy could be on the cards if discount is forthcoming.

I shall think of you every time i wipe my helmet from now on Remal.
Glad to hear your getting a rise...........get it......a rise....you know, "lift"....oh forget it.

Had more contact with BS Motorparts in Germany today.
They said it is a known problem and they are sending me the correct fitting kit.
As long as they arrive OK and fit well I am happy.
If you have any problems with the fitting kit Remal, I will help you out anyway.
