    Yes the sun has been shining today but got kids in and out all day so thought gardening would be the safest option. Until
    I dropped a railway sleeper on my toe. How the hell am I gonna change gear now ???

    All you need is some sort of pad which will absorb the blood and provide some level of protection for your toe ;)

    That old chestnut heard it all before

    Dog lead on gear shift and attach to left wrist, raise hand and wave at passing bikes assuming you have a HM QS. Should have no problem downshifting.

    Hope it's not to bad!!!
