Been waiting for a seat cowl for the Repsol Blade since I bought it. The standard 2015 Repsol seat cowl still isn't available as an "accessory" even though the promo shots show it fitted. However, because the Repsol SP Cowl is a "Part" as opposed to an "Accessory" it's available, you just have to wait about four weeks as they're on back order, I'm guessing everyone has had the same idea as me. Anyway, it's here and now on the bike.
looks spot on jim...thinkin of getting myself one, thought they looked pants untill i went to look at the marquez matt black test bike at vertu honda notts yesterday, does the black pad detach?,as i'll need it painting for me 14 bike
You might be able to remove the pad but it won't be easy! Am sure any decent paint shop should be able to work round it
Yes the pad is removable, it has four rubber pins that are part of the pad, and they push through four holes in the plastic of the cowl and the pad can be purchased separately (Pictures probably explain it better). But the pad is rubber, so may not take paint.
Oooh, that looks peachy! This forum is gonna cost me . If you don't mind me asking, how much was this Jim?
Alaska.......... Is that where you are ??? I used to spend six months a year in Alaska.............. Navigating cruise ships for Princess Cruises. Summers can be real nice.
Sorry to disappoint , alaska is me trade name which seems to have stuck, wouldn't mind tour around alaska, think Nick sanders holds an endurance record near their
HaHa..... All Clear, yes it's a great biking spot during the summer, but there winters seem to last for ever and definitely no chance of taking a bike out during those months. Great Place Though.
