Been waiting for a seat cowl for the Repsol Blade since I bought it. The standard 2015 Repsol seat cowl still isn't available as an "accessory" even though the promo shots show it fitted.

However, because the Repsol SP Cowl is a "Part" as opposed to an "Accessory" it's available, you just have to wait about four weeks as they're on back order, I'm guessing everyone has had the same idea as me.

Anyway, it's here and now on the bike.

You might be able to remove the pad but it won't be easy! Am sure any decent paint shop should be able to work round it

Yes the pad is removable, it has four rubber pins that are part of the pad, and they push through four holes in the plastic of the cowl and the pad can be purchased separately (Pictures probably explain it better). But the pad is rubber, so may not take paint.

Alaska.......... Is that where you are ???

I used to spend six months a year in Alaska.............. Navigating cruise ships for Princess Cruises.

    Summers can be real nice.

HaHa..... All Clear, yes it's a great biking spot during the summer, but there winters seem to last for ever and definitely no chance of taking a bike out during those months.

    Great Place Though.
