zx10r downpipes

was putting a radiator guard on today and noticed how good the standard downpipes look think ill leave fairing off

 

Standard downpipes are Titanium and are bob on so no need for a Full system just a De-Cat link pipe and an End Can

 

saves a packet on a full system sinewave

 

Attention to detail even the coolant green!

 

I was told the standard down pipe are a copy of the Kawasaki race team ones on the 2012 onwards or something like that. Kawasaki winning

Changing the subject slightly (sorry) how close does your silencer sit to the swingarm Rab ? since fitting my arrow end can the clearance between the exhaust and swingarm is very close at approx 5mm. Sinewave has the same system as me and his is the same. Just wondering what the scorpian is like for comparison.

 

i mate the swingarm is pretty close maybe a bit more clearance with the scorpion not much though

no worries what do you think of the ohlins damper on the ten mines was crap had to get it revalved

 

Definitely not as good as the Honda HESD. Had a few wags of the bars when cracking on but nothing too bad tbh. Where did you get it revalved ? How much do they charge ?
