I'm thinking of getting a AGV GT Veloce GTX in Black Red and Gunmetal, I'm thinking the red band will match the red band on my Repsol? Has anyone got this helmet and can recommend or indeed otherwise and what do you guys think of the colour match? javascript:;
The TXT/GTX is the ones I was gonna get before I got the Shoei. Don't know about matching a Repsol but I thought it would look good with my victory red.
Problem with helmets is it's a personal thing. I can recommend a Arai Rx7 GP Hayden rep I have. between my current lid and my last RX7. i've had a few helmets but non that feel right for me. I love the looks of it, the fitment, how I can use it for hours without issue and when the vents are all open it really helps keep your face and head cool in summer.Vents closed as it's good for winter/cooler use Only downside is the price and wind noise but as I always wear Ear plugs it's not much of a issue. But saying that you may try one on and hate it. best bet is to go to a few shops and try different makes on and see what you like the best
I would have like the Shoei X-Spririt 2 Marquez rep, however at £639 I have to ask myself is it worth the extra £300. Its hard to justify
Know what you mean,but there is deals. I got offered that helmet with lots off at donnington couple year ago,but was still bit pricey for me at £480. Have you looked at Wheelup? Few of us on here got Marquez NXR for £300
I ha I have just purchased this helmet from sportsbikeshop.co.uk, £325 with a free AGV dark visor. I wasn't sure it would match my Repsol so I went over on the bike and I have to say it does. The red band tighs in with the red on the bike very nicely.
