    thats weird as from my experience they dont charge you until it's been shipped,they state this on your order receipt,and has tallied up with my CC bill.

    i guess with a company doing so much buisness (across europe+worldwide) sometimes things will go wrong.

    Just ordered my pal an alpinestar atem suit from here..400 pound cheaper then the uk and came with in 10 days. He's well suited . Sorry you had s bad experience

    Aye cheers bud, it happens reviews for them look about 50-50 good and bad, unfortunately I had problems but new lid is in transit from motocard and had no problems with them, so all good
