Bike due for 24k service and prob new chain as still got original on. I'd decided to go down gold chain etc route but getting differing opinions! In the main because I ride year round averaging 13k and this chain has done 24k folks have said stick with same as its cheaper & done a good job! Has anyone got one of the decent gold chains & sprockets on that have managed this mileage & can recommend it? Although I clean it regular in the winter it spends most of time looking mucky even tho I love the look of the gold!
Renthal x ring chains are good, strong and get good mileage. JT sprockets are good to. Don't buy the made in China ones, they tend to warp.
