keen on getting the Arrow Trophy exhaust - deciding whether it's worth getting the full system with stainless steel headers, or just keep the current oem headers on there and just popping the end can on.

Thoughts / advice / experience anyone?

The OE headers are very good so wouldn't change them except for titanium :)

Ok that's good to know... full titanium is about £900 more so maybe I'll stick to the oem headers.

You won't gain much from changing the headers, if you were trying to squeeze every last bit of power and weight saving then its worth it.

On my 600 I was getting 110 bhp off yoshi link pipe and end can and 113 for full arata system. The weight saving was huge tho

I had a slip-on Remus Carbon can on my blade and on the dyno made 160.8bhp last year. After adding my full Arrow Ti racing system, dyno this year did 167.4bhp

I'd go for the full system myself..

Gilesy, is it an Arrow Trophy Competition Evo system you've got?

Its not Bash - the code for it (04-07 bikes) was 71050CP in Titanium. The quality of the exhaust, welding etc is simply amazing.. and light as hell
