well,it's usually ok,but can be prone to a few showers,it's the chance you take at this time of year unfortunatley. i've been 3 times i think, and had a few damp sessions every time.
Your wrong there mate Nov 2013 (same time of year) -perfect weather for all 3 days 20c+ Nov 2014 (week earlier) -pissed it down at night couple of times but track was fine after 1st session 1 day and I was out on slicks first session on the 2nd Day. 2015-
you sure? i remember 1 st time there,it was wet 1st day, then dried mid 2nd day. then yr later there damp patches on track, especially on the 2nd of the 4 rights.(your 1st time i think) last yr,was damp and holding water on the curbs (i remember seeing mick D nearly highside because of it).,especially in the morning.
Leave you wets at home you won't need them pictures don't lie Here's some pics in 2013 We are on about Jerez aren't we lol. My first year was awesome weather, last year bit damp one day for a session or two then fine the others Did you actually go on track after you sleep ins and masses amount of cups of tea the day was nearly gone by the time you went on track Anyway all I know in the 2 years I have been I have hardly missed any sessions due to a damp track maybe 2 sessions last year tops none the year before .
i'm not saying it was wet every day, every session, just seem to remember it being damp.definatley wet on my 1st trip though.maybe my memory is fading in my old age
Jerez 2013 was beautiful weather scoob. I just missed a few sessions in the morning of the first two days last year. Still had more than enough track time!
haha well just goes to show everyone I know was right,i really do live in my own little world (unfortunately,it seems to rain a lot though.....)
Just booked my flights a grand total of £78 return Flying out easy jet from Liverpool on Friday 13th Nov 7.10am Returning with Ryanair on Tuesday 17th Nov 1.30pm into Manchester . There's a gang going now few lads that I race are coming it's going to be awesome this year
I might have left it too late to book on this. They only have spaces in novice. Thought about it but it'll be a waste of money in that group so I'm on the waiting list for fast and inters
Yay I am on this now too (in novice) 4 other mates going who are in Inters (I think)....can't wait! I wanted to do Portamao as I heard it has some nice elevation changes but my mates wanted to do this, Porto next time
I wouldn't worry.just looked at the long range forcast and it's going to rain, just those 3 days apparently.. if it was me,i'd just book novice, but tell them you want to change groups when possible.novice isn't the same as novice on a normal day,as long as your not cutting people up,you'll be fine and passing too close you'll be fine.and just thik of the ego boost it'll give
