Welcome, You seem to enjoy life, enjoy your Blade. When It stops giving you a Buzz that's the time to worry. Mike.
Loving the blade, even though it scares the life out of me at time, lol. As you say the time to give up is when they don't, and that's what I did last time, my old R6, well, it just didn't have enough power anywhere in the end, did lots of not very clever things on it, then decided it was time to grow up and get rid of the bike if I wanted to live. I gave up for 10 years and came back into it once I was happy with life and settled down, I now ride with my wife, which is a good thing as it slow me down and stops me going silly again. She rides a CBR600 which is my old bike. I will post dome pictures up shortly that we got while we were out today.
Added a gallery thingy for a ride out today where we stopped to take some pictures at the "Comfort Café" http://1000rr.co.uk/gallery/albums/17-5-15-ride-out.600/
Steve - just realised you're probably not that far up the road from me (I'm in Shefford, Beds). Possibly our paths might cross for a ride or on a rideout. On the tyres front, I recently changed the BT016's mine came with (and which I had a couple of moments on) for Pilot Road 4's. Done about 1000 miles on them, and so far, so good.
I am sure something can be arranged so that we happen to be about at the same time in the same place once the weather decides to become summer
