Just like a real race bike then.......buy a bike in a crate then strip it back to basics, send engine off for gas flow head along with new cams and other internals then add race ecu/loom upgraded forks and shock and a whole host other bits to get it competitive in the desired race championship! The figures being quoted for the so called £170k bike is pretty pathetic considering what was being pushed and talked about since it first emerged there would be a road going version of Marquez and pedrosa's MotoGP bike! I read and article where the figures of the rc213v-s were comparable to those found on the early fireblade models which leads to the question besides the qudos of having the rc213v-s what the hell is the point of it??? When the Audi group puffed up its chest we go the veron which pushed the boat out, Kawasaki puffs up its chest and we get the crazy h2r, Honda puffs its chest and we get that huge disappointment!!!!
Ouch steep for a bike that puts out less power than a blade as standard! Then another £8-9k for the sport pack to make it more powerful

France get 102hp supposedly due to some 100bhp limit they have. I just noticed this doesn't come with the almighty revolutionary c-abs either...........but I did notice it has fly by wire throttle similar to the Yamaha system! Geez I pity the fool that's buying these bikes just hope Honda got a different set of technicians to design n build the FBW- throttle system coz the lot that built the brake by wire c-abs system really made a balls of that!
