God bless the woman who left her child unattended in a pushchair at the corner of a busy road, to come running to the aid of poor Ducati rider :D

I watched a full version of the vid and that's a nutty old lady with random stuff in the buggy, she gave the biker a big hug at the end and ran off lol

Very much so I'd say although given the markings on the road it'd be clear who was at fault. The rider was obviously shook up, but I would not have been impressed at the drivers response as he got out the truck, where was the apology!!! If it was there it wasn't big enough by far.

Good chance the nutty old woman lifted his wallet as she gave him a hug, it was Peckham after all.

There's a wagon driver who will most likely be looking for a new job fairly soon.
I'd be surprised if he doesn't get done for driving without due care and attention, to not spot the guy on his bike he clearly wasn't looking into the turn or watching his arc

From one site I read, they are not prosecuting the driver as they show the motorcycle in a blind spot when the lorry is at a particular angle, well stuff that I said, he wasn't at that angle where the post blocks his view before he turned in the road or while going all the way round the corner, IMHO, the lorry was going too fast anyway and over shot the corner and just wasn't paying enough attention. Its about time they allowed for the fact that on a motorcycle you are harder to see and therefore ALL drivers need to look more, not say well he was hard to see!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
